For Easter, we almost always host a post-egg hunt brunch. The biggest challenge in hosting a brunch it’s a lot to pull together early in the day. You can get many things squared away the day before, which helps the morning run a bit smoother—but let’s be real, no matter the plan, I’m usually zipping up my dress as I answer the front door.
Prepping your table the day before saves time. I like that it also gives me chance to enjoy the creative process of pulling it all together. Today, I wanted to share one of my favorite quick tips for beautiful, modern flowers in minutes.
Since spring is filled with gorgeous colored blooms, you really just need to pick a hue or two that you love. Then, make clusters of small bouquets, all of the same flower, blocked together by color. Juice glasses make great little vases and are the perfect height; you’ll still be able to see the person sitting across the table from you.
These arrangements make an elegant statement in such a short amount of time. This time of year you can find beautiful flowers even at the grocery store. With a these small bouquets and a few dyed egg upgrades your Easter table will look so pretty, so fast…now if only I could apply the same tricks for getting myself ready!
