Admittedly, I’ve never actually watched the Golden Globes, but I love the pre-show game, the dresses at the Globes seem infused with more variety and beauty than the seriousness of the Oscars.
However, this year with funny ladies Tina Fey and Amy Poehler hosting the show I won’t miss it– it’s like SNL’s Weekend Update with GLITTER!
It’s always more fun to laugh and play armchair fashion police with friends. I’m inviting the girls (and Kyle, of course) over to watch. Deep into our January detox will be replacing our bubbly with pineapple green juice while munching on healthy snacks—when will this month be over? At least we can have fun and let loose our sugar-craving crabbiness with these scorecards.
