I’m excited for all my Santa Barbara readers to discover the fabulous savory food of Julie Robles and the desserts of Elizabeth Colling. I’ve felt bad over the years bragging about them and going on and on about their amazing food in cyberspace with you not even able to try a bite.
Next week, you can! For one-week only Julie and Elizabeth are teaming up for the culinary pop-up shop, Market.
These two powerhouses will launch a limited engagement take- away food counter (May 19-24) nestled in the bay of shops at the Montecito Country Mart. Market will feature fresh seasonal salads, sandwiches and other prepared food for lunch and dinner all made by the amazing Julie Robles.
Your dinners next week will be a delicious breeze and to finish it right, desserts by Santa Barbara’s favorite sweet-heart Elizabeth Colling will be available for purchase as well. Lovely treats like triple chocolate brownies, fresh fruit pies, cakes and my personal favorite, butterscotch pudding.
To continue by bragging streak, Julie and Elizabeth stopped by my house after this photo shoot (with the incredible Elizabeth Messina) and I was lucky to steal a nibble of the chickpea salad and the cake…sooo good!
