It’s been a cold winter in Southern California. I know, we look like total whiny wimps to the rest of you. This chilly weather translates to lots and lots of tea drinking and Traditional Medicinals Wellness Teas have been taking over most of the real estate in my tea drawer.
I often overlooked Traditional Medicinals when browsing the tea aisle, but their packaging just got a pretty upgrade. Yes, I’m a Director of Marketing’s dream customer. I was sent a few samples of their teas and it’s been fun trying out all the different blends. They have a tea for practically every malady— from skin to joints, nausea to bloating, and detoxifying to calming digestion. If they could blend up some hang over, tea that would be outstanding!
I haven’t stopped sipping since. These teas are fantastic. In doing a little research it’s easy to see why they taste so good; the company sources the best quality ingredients from all over the world. They have been around for nearly forty years, and the best part is that you can find their tea at most grocery stores for a great price. I even bought some Throat Coat tea at a Price Chopper in way Upstate New York over the holidays.
My two current favorites are the Detox (best one I’ve ever tasted) and the Nighty Night; I really think it helps me sleep better. Try out this tea and let me know what you think. If you’re already a Traditional Medicinals fan, what’s your favorite blend?
