This is an amazing sparkling wine, NV Pierre Boniface Domaine les Rocailles Brut, from Savoie, France. It’s a region in the Western Alps, and while not technically Champagne, it’s frickin’ delicious — it blows the doors off most I’ve tried. And for the quality, you can’t beat the price point (under $20 a bottle). It’s perfect for serving a large group at your Thanksgiving table.
