On a recent visit to see my family in Newport Beach we set out on a girls’ shopping day— my mom, sisters and the cousins (all of the pigtail persuasion). Our favorite discovery of the day was this wonderful little garden and home boutique, Molly Wood Garden Design in Costa Mesa. Great name, right?
Molly is a talented landscape designer who has transformed this cottage space into a wonderfully, artfully styled shop. It’s always inspiring to see how talented, creative people merchandise and present their goods. Every turn found us delighted by another vignette of garden beauty. What struck me most was the mix of texture and mood to create beautiful, practical spaces— it keeps things interesting and fresh.
